I do computer simulations, both classical and quantum, from small molecules to nanomaterials and continuum.
  • A wavefunction of an excited state of a two-dimensional particle inside a cardioid.

  • Symmetry of an assembled virus capsid.

  • Electrostatic potential on a surface of a constant electron density in a crystal.

  • Electric field in a solution of a polyelectrolyte.

  • A wavefunction of an excited state.

  • Spin density of an endohedral metallofullerene.

  • Vorticity of a two-dimensional flow of an incompressible fluid past obstacles.

  • Turning times of general two-dimensional pendulum made of two rigid bodies with high coupling.

If you like to play with computers like I do and you are a student, you are welcome to try to find together a topic for your B.Sc., M.Sc. or Ph.D. thesis.
